The report “Implied Temperature Rise of equity portfolios: a sensitivity analysis framework” aims to extend the inventory of “The Alignment Cookbook 2” by proposing a quantitative analysis of the impact of different options for these design choices on the final ITR metric. You can read the full report here.

These two reports are part of the Consolidated Alignment Performance Analytics (CAPA) research project, developed and led by the Institut Louis Bachelier Labs in partnership with Scientific Portfolio (an EDHEC venture), and financed by the French environmental agency ADEME and Climate Arc.

  • Introduction with Mathieu Garnero, Project Director Life Finance ClimAct, ADEME.
  • Presentation of the Cookbook 2 “A technical panorama of the alignment methodologies and metrics used by and applied to the financial sector, with a view to inform consolidated alignment assessments” with Julie Raynaud, Independent researcher, ILB professional expert fellow.
  • Presentation of the report “Implied Temperature Rise of equity portfolios: a sensitivity analysis framework” with Vincent Bouchet, Scientific Portfolio’s Director of ESG and Climate research.
  • Conclusion by Stéphane Voisin, Coordinator of the Scientific Council of PARC (Paris Agreement Research Commons), head of the Sustainable Finance Research Program at Institut Louis Bachelier.
